Terms of Use

The app and this website are provided by SITARD TOV, 21a vul. Observatorna, Kyiv, 04053, Ukraine. Installing or using the app means you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, uninstall the app.

Licence

You get a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to install and use the app on devices you control. You may not resell it, redistribute the package file, decompile it or remove the notices inside it.

What the app does

Time Planner & Manager records tasks with durations against a daily budget of hours and shows how much of that budget is left. It is a planning tool. It does not give professional advice of any kind, and it is not a substitute for medical, legal or financial guidance.

Your content

Task names and durations you enter are yours. They are stored on your device, and you are responsible for keeping the device backed up. We cannot recover a plan that is lost with the device.

Pro version and payments

Some features are unlocked by an in-app purchase. Prices are shown in the app before you confirm, in your local currency, and every transaction is processed by Google Play under the Google Play terms of service. Refund requests are handled by Google Play; write to us as well if a purchase does not unlock correctly and we will help.

Availability

The app is published for Android through Google Play. There is no iOS version. Distribution, features and supported Android versions may change with app updates.

No warranty

The app is provided as it is, without warranties of any kind to the extent allowed by law. Statutory consumer rights in your country are not affected by this clause.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, SITARD TOV is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the app, including missed appointments or lost data. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of Ukraine, without affecting mandatory consumer protections in your own country of residence.
